Mike Owen has had a hugely successful photography career spanning 25 years. He originally started out in the music business photographing among others DuranDuran, Spandau Ballet, Erasure, Dusty Springfield, Boomtown Rats, Simply Red, Fine Young Cannibals, Marc Almond Kylie Minogue. He has directed several music videos most recently Annie Lennox. Mike has achieved great success in the fashion, beauty advertising industry shooting for numerous magazines including Vanity Fair, MarieClair, Harpers, Italian Vogue, Esquire Cosmoplitan.Campaigns include Baileys, L'Oreal, Barcardi, No.7, British Rail, Camelot, Kangol Alpen.
In recent years Mike has been working extensively in the world of celebrities he has been fortunate enough to photograph numerous famous faces including Pavarotti, Dame Shirley Bassey, Joan Collins, Keira>Keira Knightly, Sienna Miller, Anna Friel and David Beckhameckham. He was commissioned to shoot the Spice Girls for their reunion tour.
Mike has appeared on several television shows was the guest photographer on four series of the Channel 4 show 'How to Look Good Naked' with celebrity stylist Gok Wan.
